Complete Transparency: You, or your designated legal representative, will always have full, independent, and real-time access to all financial records, accounts, and documentation managed by this specific Series. Nothing is hidden.
Strict Non-Fiduciary Status: We are exclusively an Administrative Management firm. We do not act as a Financial Planner, Investment Advisor, or any licensed fiduciary giving investment advice. This ensures we have zero conflict of interest regarding your wealth strategy.
Licensed Professional Coordination: We are not attorneys, CPAs, or Tax Preparers. We guarantee meticulous coordination with your existing professional team (attorneys, CPAs) to ensure all deadlines are met, acting as your administrative project manager.

Bonding and Insurance: This Series maintains robust Professional Liability (E&O) Insurance and a Fidelity Bond to protect clients against financial loss due to errors or fraudulent activities.
Meticulous Record Keeping: Every transaction is documented, reconciled daily, and maintained in accordance with the strict record-keeping rules required to sustain the LLC liability firewall.
IV. Defining the Boundaries of Care (Scope of Service)
Our services are strictly administrative and logistical. To maintain our high standard of focus and safety, we strictly adhere to the following limitations:
Exclusion of Personal Care Services: Our services are strictly administrative and logistical. We do not provide any form of hands-on physical, medical, or emotional caregiving. Our team is prohibited from engaging in companion services, direct nursing, housekeeping, or any activity related to physical or emotional well-being.
Mandatory Referral: Should we observe a need for professional services outside our administrative scope (e.g., in-home care, legal counsel), we are required to recommend you engage the appropriate licensed or qualified professional.
V. Ethical Conduct and Transparent Fees
Conflict of Interest: We guarantee independence. We do not accept any referral fees, commissions, or compensation from vendors, agencies, or advisors we recommend to our clients. Our loyalty is entirely to you.
Transparent Fees: Our fees are based exclusively on the agreed-upon package retainer defined in the Client Service Agreement for Prime North Management Partners LLC. We believe in clear pricing with no hidden charges.
