Prime North Management Partners LLC was founded to solve a critical gap in support for seniors and individuals with disabilities. While traditional home health agencies focus on medical care, and financial advisors focus on investments, we focus on the everyday operations. We believe that independence isn't just about living at home—it’s about having the freedom to live without the stress of administrative, technical, and logistical burdens. We serve to assist in four areas: Financial & Administrative Stewardship, Logistical Coordination & Advocacy, Residential Operations & Home Safety, and Accessible Technology Integration.

Valadez Rodriguez Hector, MBA
Mr. Valadez, is the Founder and Principal of Prime North Management Partners. Mr. Valadez has built a professional identity at the intersection of public service, rigorous business intelligence, and defensive stewardship. His leadership model is defined by Precision-Led Advocacy—a standard refined through his background in public service and law enforcement, where he mastered the critical skills of risk mitigation, crisis communication, and the strict application of legal codes to protect the vulnerable.
As a former CTE Instructor of Business, Law Enforcement and Special Education Educator, Mr. Valadez excels at navigating dense regulatory frameworks and spearheading state-mandated committees to advocate for the rights and dignity of those with disabilities.
Holding both a Master of Business Administration in organizational management (MBA) and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, he translates corporate-level project management into the private domain, acting as a professional bridge between a client’s legal and financial advisors and the daily execution of their life’s logistics.
By merging elite business acumen with a lifetime of service in high-stakes, high-integrity roles, Mr. Valadez offers more than management—he provides a sophisticated partnership that secures a client's legacy through unwavering competence and discreet strategic oversight.

As the Chief Patient Advocate & Continuity Manager at Prime North Partners, Devhai Valadez ensures the seamless daily execution of our clients' most critical logistical and personal needs. With a career rooted in the high-pressure environments of the healthcare industry, Devhai brings a 'clinical level' of detail and a 'patient-first' advocacy mindset to the world of private client services.
Before co-founding Prime North Partners, Devhai served across specialized medical fields including Pain Management, Urgent Care, and Urology. This experience provided her with an expert understanding of healthcare navigation, medical advocacy, and the vital importance of continuity of care—skills she now applies to managing the complex estates of seniors and adults with disabilities.
At Prime North, Devhai is the architect of our daily workflows. While managing vendor relationships and logistical coordination, her primary focus remains on Service Continuity. She ensures that every client’s 'Life Manual' is followed to the letter, ensuring that no appointment is missed, no vendor goes unvetted, and no detail is too small to be managed with excellence.
