Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Management and advancing through a rigorous Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program—with advanced coursework spanning Agile Project Management, Human Capital Retention, Consultancy, Leadership Theory and Practice, Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods, Human Resource Management, and Strategy—he translates high-level academic theory into practical, commercial execution.

With a career rooted in the high-pressure environments of the healthcare industry, Devhai brings a 'clinical level' of detail and a 'patient-first' advocacy mindset to the world of private client services.
Before co-founding Prime North Partners, Devhai served across specialized medical fields including Pain Management, Urgent Care, and Urology. This experience provided her with an expert understanding of healthcare navigation, medical advocacy, and the vital importance of continuity of care—skills she now applies to managing the complex estates of seniors and adults with disabilities.
At Prime North, Devhai is the architect of our daily workflows. While managing vendor relationships and logistical coordination, her primary focus remains on Service Continuity. She ensures that every client’s 'Life Manual' is followed to the letter, ensuring that no appointment is missed, no vendor goes unvetted, and no detail is too small to be managed with excellence.
